The tents are down, the grill is cool, but the memories from our Block Party on Saturday, August 22nd are still going strong, and we have the photos to prove it!

Whether you were there in person or couldn't make it, these images truly capture the heart of Brewers Hill! Neighbors connecting, kids exploring Fire Station 21's truck, local vendors sharing their crafts, everybody enjoying Tracy's delicious food, and music filling the air.
A Look Back at the Afternoon
The day kicked off with Tracy firing up the grill and the board setting up tents and tables, and by 3 PM, the aroma of her legendary chicken, pulled pork, and mac & cheese had everyone lining up. Emily & Michael's Hot Dog Stand kept things classic for the kids (and the young at heart!), while RollHaus Co. tempted sweet tooths with Biscoff, Fruity Pebble, and Blueberry Cinnamon rolls.🤤
Over at the beverage tent, Lakefront Brewery kept spirits high - where would we be without them?❤️ Pilot Project Brewing & Molson Coors added to the beverage selections. And Avli transported our taste buds with Spanakopita paired perfectly with their refreshing Gardenhead mocktail.
Carver, our neighborhood school, showed up in full force with their principal cheering everyone on, while McKenna Real Estate & Historic King Drive BID reminded us why Brewers Hill isn't just a place to live, it's a place to belong.
While the adults mingled, Fire Station 21 rolled in and let kids explore the big red truck and an ambulance up close.🚒 Meanwhile, St. Marcus shared their exciting vision for the upcoming Elim Urban Oasis, and we can't wait to see it bloom!
Literacy Services of Wisconsin set up a "Blind Date with a Book" station, and neighbors walked away with free reads and new favorite authors. Urban Objex by Tam wowed us with ceramics, and zimKnives kept us sharp with their stunning craftsmanship.
The music was the heartbeat of the day. Shell Bells kicked off the afternoon with the perfect mellow soundtrack for mid-day chill vibes. Then, as the sun began to dip, Yazoo Vandals took over and got the whole block groovin'! Between sets, our one-man-show Dan (DJ, MC, and party supply master!) kept the energy high with the perfect playlist.
Of course, no block party is complete without a little friendly competition. The Bag Toss Tournament brought out the best, and we witnessed Trevor & Allyn take home the traveling trophy. The 50/50 Raffle had everyone on the edge of their seats, with cash prizes, local gift cards, and more up for grabs!
